Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Sales in the United States to originate and advance qualified software opportunities, working with client account teams and partners to grow the pipeline and close deals. You will drive discovery, map client pain points to product capabilities, and manage a personal forecast with disciplined CRM hygiene.

You will engage with enterprise accounts, coordinate resources, and participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a closely related commercial role.
• 8+ years experience selling software solutions to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, license and managed service commercial models.
• Proven track record achieving and exceeding quotas.
• Minimum 6 months of demonstrated experience selling AI-native software products with pipeline originated or opportunities advanced to close.

Responsibilities

• Originate and qualify new software sales opportunities within an assigned territory and product scope.
• Manage a personal pipeline to ensure full coverage of the sales target; keep CRM updated.
• Prepare and deliver tailored value propositions and commercial proposals for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate pre-sales and product resources throughout the sales cycle to maintain momentum.
• Attend industry events and trade shows and log leads and commitments in CRM promptly.
