Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking aSenior Manager, Software Sales to originate and advance qualified software opportunities in a designated territory. You will work closely with client account teams and directly with clients to build pipeline and support channel partners.

You will manage a personal pipeline, conduct discovery to surface client pain points, and map them to our product capabilities. Travel may be required as part of developing relationships and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling SaaS, licenses and managed services.
• At least 6 months selling AI-native software products (LLMs, agents).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate and qualify new software sales opportunities within an assigned territory with client teams and/or direct clients.
• Manage a personal pipeline to ensure full coverage of sales targets and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver tailored value propositions, business cases, and commercial proposals for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate pre‑sales and product resources through the sales cycle to maintain momentum.
• Attend industry events and trade shows, log leads and commitments in CRM promptly.
