Amazon Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist for Amazon Connect to drive revenue growth across State, Local, and Education customers in the Eastern US.

You will develop end-to-end go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Solutions Architects, field teams, and partners to deliver cloud contact center solutions. The role requires a strong background in enterprise sales, CX/SaaS solutions, and the ability to engage at the CxO level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical sales in B2B environments.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with Customer Experience Solutions and SaaS solution selling.
• Experience in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Amazon Connect solutions across State, Local, and Education customers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level accounts.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders at CxO levels.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, field teams, and Partner ecosystems to extend solution reach.
• Create compelling value propositions that demonstrate tangible business outcomes.
