7+ years of technical sales in B2B environments, in a solution-sales / technology-related environment experience.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.
Experience with Customer Experience Solutions and SaaS solution selling.

Responsabilités

Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Amazon Connect solutions across State, Local, and Education customers.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level accounts
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders at CxO levels
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, field teams, and Partner ecosystems to extend solution reach
Create compelling value propositions that demonstrate tangible business outcomes
