Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative focused on Enterprise Customer growth. You will prospect into large accounts, educate prospects on our full solution suite, and collaborate with Account Managers to uncover expansion opportunities.

The role emphasizes value over features, and you will operate in a fast-paced, outbound environment. This in-office role requires a minimum three days per week in our Waltham, MA, Bethesda, MD, or Vancouver, WA offices.

Qualifications

• Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts (1000+ employees).
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate value.
• Ability to tailor outreach to customer needs and challenges.
• Experience creating and maintaining a structured prospecting plan.
• Curiosity about market trends and customer pain points.
• Experience with GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into existing customers to expand relationships and build a sales pipeline.
• Articulate ZoomInfo value proposition and educate on our solutions.
• Identify opportunities by addressing pain points across sales, marketing, operations, and recruiting teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Create trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
