• Established network with US decision-makers and buying processes.
• Strong understanding of offshore staffing and global delivery models.
• Experience addressing data security, compliance, confidentiality, and operational requirements.

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to win enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
• Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and platforms for referrals.
• Serve as industry SME on AI, technology transformation, compliance, and workforce models.
• Partner with recruitment and ops to design offshore staffing solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Growth Managers to strengthen retention and grow accounts.
• Bridge US market needs with offshore delivery teams to meet security and compliance expectations.
• Represent the company at conferences, client meetings, and strategic events.
