Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to join our team in the United States, focusing on selling to organizations ranging from 100 to 5,000+ employees within defined territories. You will build a robust pipeline, conduct multi-stakeholder deals, and close high-impact contracts across the One Paychex portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling into organizations with 100+ employees.
• High accountability, resilience, and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business (100–5,000+ employees) within defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broker network in a team-selling environment.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through the close.
