Job summary

Paychex is hiring for an Enterprise Sales role in the US to drive new logo growth across large organizations. You will prospect, run full-cycle sales, and close deals within defined territories, building comprehensive solution bundles across the One Paychex portfolio.

You will engage executive buyers, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and partner with engineers, RevOps, and a broad broker network to maximize deal value and accelerate closing velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling into organizations with 100+ employees.
• Ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level and navigate multi-stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories (100 to 5,000+ employees).
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build value-driven solution bundles across the Paychex portfolio and attach modules for accelerators.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a large broker/channel ecosystem to co-sell.
• Own pipeline with forecasting accuracy and deal control through close.
