Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business across defined territories, from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder deals. You will promote the One Paychex portfolio, including payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services, with a focus on large-scale organizations.

You will engage C-level buyers, build robust pipelines, and collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad broker network to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 3+ years in HCM industry or related field.
• Ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level and manage multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories (100–5,000+ employees).
• Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Develop high-value bundles across Paychex portfolio.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem to maximize deals.
• Own the pipeline with forecasting and disciplined front-end prospecting.
