Paychex is seeking an Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business with organizations from 100 to 5,000+ employees. You will own the full sales cycle in a defined territory, building value across the One Paychex portfolio.

You’ll partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a broad broker network to assemble compelling bundles, forecast accurately, and close high-impact deals. The role offers an accelerative pay plan and substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience.
• 3 years in HCM industry.
• Ability to engage economic buyers at the C-level.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts 100–5,000+ employees.
• Lead full-cycle sales from prospecting to close.
• Create solution bundles across the Paychex portfolio.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker network.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control.
