Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a highly motivated Senior Director of Sales to craft our Go-To-Market strategy and drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts. This role will collaborate closely with the GVP and assemble new market opportunities, leading a cross-functional team to execute growth initiatives.

You will manage top enterprise relationships, align with OEMs, and build a high-performing sales organization to win large-scale deals. Requires travel and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience handling quotas and teams at ICT firms or startups.
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional sales team.
• Track record of negotiating 6–7 figure deals with complex terms.
• Experience coordinating direct and indirect sales with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of OEM collaboration and enterprise IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Surpass short to long-term goals and quotas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with top enterprise customers and ICT partners.
• Build and lead a team of Account Executives, SEs, Channel Managers and other leaders.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and align processes.
• Recruit and cultivate a robust partner ecosystem.
• Strengthen OEM relationships with industry leaders (HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, IBM).
• Work with executives to meet requirements and enable big wins.
