Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a driven Senior Director of Sales to shape our Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate revenue growth for our data security and management solutions.

Reporting to the GVP, you will open new markets and lead an enterprise-wide growth program to deliver measurable results. You will build and guide a high-performing team, manage quotas, and partner with executives to drive sustained growth while expanding key OEM collaborations and channel programs across large enterprise

Qualifications

• Proven track record negotiating complex six- and seven-figure deals.
• Experience managing quotas and teams at leading ICT companies or startups.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional, extended resource team in support of direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Exceed short-, mid-, and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with top enterprise customers and key ICT partners.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, SEs, Channel Managers, and other leaders.
• Partner with functional leadership to drive sustained business growth.
• Recruit and grow an active partner ecosystem.
• Deepen OEM relationships with industry leaders such as HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, and IBM.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to land major wins and align with global processes.
