Cohesity is seeking a driven Senior Director of Sales in Phoenix to shape our Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate revenue growth for data security and management solutions. Reporting to the GVP, you will open new markets and lead an enterprise-wide growth program that translates plans into measurable results.

You will build a high‑performing team, manage quotas, and partner with OEMs like HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, and IBM to drive sustained growth across the business.

• 12+ years of sales leadership with quotas and teams in ICT
• Proven track record negotiating multi‑million deals
• Experience building and leading enterprise IT sales programs
