Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Sales to shape our Go-To-Market strategy and accelerate revenue growth for data security and management solutions.

You will report to the GVP and lead an enterprise-wide growth program, turning plans into programs that deliver results. You will manage quotas, build a high-performing team, and deepen OEM collaborations with tech leaders while aligning with cross-functional leadership to sustain rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales or equivalent
• Experience managing quotas and teams at ICT companies or startups
• BA/BS required; MBA preferred
• Proven track record negotiating six- and seven-figure deals
• Experience partnering with OEMs on strategic sales campaigns
• Strong cross-functional coordination with SES, Channel, and Field teams

Responsibilities

• Exceed short-, mid-, and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas
• Build and sustain relationships with top enterprise customers and key ICT partners
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, SEs, Channel Managers, and other leaders
• Partner with functional leadership to drive sustained business growth
• Recruit and grow an active partner ecosystem
• Deepen OEM relationships with industry leaders (HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, IBM)
• Collaborate with leaders to meet requirements on time, land major wins, and follow global standards
