Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner to drive enterprise sales in the Consumer App vertical. You will manage named accounts, leverage AI to enhance targeting and sales strategy, and collaborate across sales, product, and support to deliver revenue growth.

The role requires experience with complex deal cycles and a track record of mentoring junior team members. It is a hybrid/office-based position with offices in New York or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry.
• Experience selling to enterprise consumer app brands.
• Specialization in app verticals (Fintech, Entertainment, Music, Lifestyle, Shopping, Productivity, Travel, Social Networking).
• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and talking to customers about digital media, including CTV.
• Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, and working with major agencies.
• Ability to drive a complex deal cycle with multiple stakeholders and vendor reviews.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• AI-first selling: using AI to speed up research, pipeline strategy and executive narratives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on complex deals.
• Specialize in the Consumer App industry and understand customer needs.
• Drive revenue through client engagement and communicating value propositions.
• Manage quotas and strive to exceed sales targets.
• Spend face time with clients and prospects to foster relationships.
• Drive complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
• Mentor junior professionals to support team success.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support to execute client initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to anticipate needs.
• Use AI to prioritize named accounts and tailor pitches for multi-stakeholder meetings.
