Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an experienced Lead Client Partner for tvScientific by Pinterest in the NYC area. You will lead complex enterprise deals, manage top accounts across industries, and drive revenue while mentoring teams.

AI-enabled strategies will guide account research, pipeline planning, and executive-ready narratives. The role requires strong leadership, deep digital advertising knowledge, and seamless collaboration with product, sales, and support teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry.
• Experience selling to enterprise consumer app brands.
• Experience with Fintech, Lifestyle, Retail, Health & Wellness, and Home sectors is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, including CTV.
• Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, working with major agencies.
• Ability to drive a complex deal cycle with multiple stakeholders and vendor review processes.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• AI-first sales leadership and ability to validate outputs against source data.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree and enterprise-level experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure for complex enterprise deals.
• Manage full sales cycles with upper mid-market and enterprise brands.
• Drive revenue through client engagement and communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
• Manage increasingly ambitious quotas and exceed sales targets.
• Spend face time with clients and prospects and build strong relationships.
• Mentor junior professionals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
• Use AI to drive smarter enterprise selling and prepare for multi-stakeholder meetings.
