Job summary

Block is seeking an Account Executive for the North American sales team to forge and expand relationships with mid-size brands across our payments portfolio. You will lead commercial negotiations, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, Risk, Legal, Ops, and Customer Service to close deals.

You will operate with velocity, combine data-driven storytelling, and build strong relationships with senior executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in full sales cycle/closing role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong storytelling with data to support value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations for Block with mid-size brands.
• Manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop and pitch sales narratives that educate partners on Block’s value.
• Build and expand Block’s network with senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move deals forward.
