Responsibilities

• Own securing technical wins and influence purchasing decisions by architecting solutions.
• Build deep relationships with executives and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and architect high-value, industry-leading solutions for emerging needs and outcomes.
• Provide data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap and market fit.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to accelerate business.
• Sharpen team performance by documenting best practices and sharing domain expertise.
