Job summary

HiddenLayer is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth in the security for AI space. You will lead strategic accounts, build executive relationships, and shape the sales strategy for our AI security products.

This role is remote within the US with a preference for Seattle or Portland coverage; you will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions and close multi‑million deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI tech.
• Deep understanding of AI security concepts and data protection.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate tech into business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the security for AI market segment.
• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives and decision‑makers, to understand their business needs and position our solutions effectively.
• Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our security for AI solutions.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management using CRM tools to drive informed business decisions.
• Represent HiddenLayer at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and establish thought leadership in the security for AI space.
