Job summary

HiddenLayer, a security for AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue in the Pacific Northwest from a remote base in Seattle or Portland. You will own strategic accounts, build C‑level relationships, and lead complex negotiations for multi‑year deals.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to tailor proposals and demos. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise cybersecurity or AI sales, a proven track record, and a passion for turning complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in enterprise sales, cybersecurity or AI tech.
• Strong understanding of AI security concepts and threat detection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and C-level influencing skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Ability to work remotely and manage complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to win in the Pacific Northwest.
• Build long‑lasting relationships with C‑level stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions for favorable terms.
• Collaborate to craft proposals, presentations, and demos.
• Forecast, track, and report sales metrics using CRM.
• Represent HiddenLayer at events to promote brand and solutions.
