Job summary

Field AI, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for strategic industrial markets and drive multi-million-dollar deals. You will build executive relationships and help some of the world’s largest organizations adopt autonomous robotics solutions.

You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Deployment teams to ensure customer success, while traveling up to 25% to meet customers and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
• Experience with robotics, AI, industrial automation, autonomous systems, or related technologies preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop strategic relationships with executive and operational leaders.
• Identify customer challenges and position Field AI’s autonomous robotics solutions.
• Lead customer presentations, pilots, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Deployment teams to ensure customer success.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Represent FieldAI at customer meetings and industry events.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
