Job summary

Field AI in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise sales across strategic industrial markets. You'll own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and help world-leading organizations adopt autonomous robotics solutions.

Collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Deployment teams, you will lead pilots, negotiations, and ensure customer success while consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
• Experience with robotics, AI, industrial automation, autonomous systems, or related technologies preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop relationships with executive and operational leaders.
• Identify customer challenges and position Field AI's autonomous robotics solutions.
• Lead customer presentations, pilots, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Deployment teams to ensure customer success.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Represent FieldAI at customer meetings and industry events.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
