Job summary

FieldAI’s Irvine team is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth in the construction industry by helping customers adopt autonomous robotics solutions that improve project execution, visibility, productivity, and safety.

You will develop relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and other construction stakeholders, manage complex sales cycles, and partner with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs. Willingness to travel onsite is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience selling into construction organizations, including General Contractors, Owners, Developers, or similar stakeholders.
• Track record of closing large, complex deals involving multiple decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, project stakeholders, and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and work closely with customers onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction industry stakeholders
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
• Partner closely with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs
• Build strategic account plans that drive long‑term customer growth and expansion
• Represent FieldAI at customer sites, industry events, and key customer meetings
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue objectives
