Job summary

Field AI is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise sales across strategic industrial markets. You will own the full sales cycle, build executive relationships, and help some of the world’s largest organizations adopt autonomous robotics solutions.

You will collaborate with world-class engineers, product leaders, and industry experts to tailor solutions to customer needs and accelerate adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
• Strong ability to build executive relationships and drive multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop strategic relationships with executive and operational leaders.
• Identify customer challenges and position Field AI's autonomous robotics solutions.
• Lead customer presentations, pilots, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Deployment teams to ensure customer success.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Represent FieldAI at customer meetings and industry events.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
