Qualifikationen

• Typically 7+ years of increasing responsibility in relevant experience; first-level manager.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent; Master's degree a plus.
• Travel typically less than 10%.

• Daily management of the Enterprise Operations Team.
• Plan and direct work of Analysts and monitor results.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and inquiries.
• Ensure processes are followed and systems are utilized across the department.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
• Hire, coach, train, discipline and terminate employees.
• Lead high-value, high-complexity RFP responses independently.
• Develop pricing and financial models and justify decisions.
• Maintain centralized content library and seek efficiency improvements.
• Communicate RFP processes and monitor performance metrics.
