Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst focused on the coordination of sales plans, pricing, and profitability analysis. You will support RFP/RFI processes for large customers and provide cost-saving reports.

You will collaborate with upmarket Sales, Enterprise Operations, Finance, and Legal to draft bids and agreements, track pipeline and wins, and align pricing strategies across GPO and non-GPO structures.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for submitting RFP (request for pricing) / RFI (request for information) for large customers.
  • Provides sales team/customer with annualized savings report and other related requests.
  • Works with internal departments such as upmarket Sales, Enterprise Operations, Management, Finance, and Enterprise Legal to complete the process.
  • Responsible for management of Enterprise Profit Models.
  • Works with Enterprise Legal to ensure that RFPs, bids, and agreements are drafted as needed.
  • Coordinates efforts/resources to ensure priorities are met, e.g., participates in weekly/monthly calls and meetings with the sales and operations teams.
  • Tracks wins, pending deals, and losses.
  • Works with GPO, Non-GPO, and other local contract structures.
  • Requests sales plans utilizing mark‑up structures and pricing adjustments.
  • Provides savings reports utilizing lower cost alternative products and/or contract costs.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

JOB OVERVIEW

This position focuses on the operational aspects of sales management including coordination of sales plans (product mix, cost/price, customer incentives) profit analysis, implementation, reporting and review.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SALARY RANGE

The posted range for this position is $42,541 to $74,447, the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
