Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Enterprise Operations to lead a team responsible for complex RFP responses for large enterprise customers.

You will craft accurate, compelling proposals and integrate company financials, pricing data, and performance metrics to support business viability and competitiveness. The role requires strong writing, analytics and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal and Product.

Qualifications

• Proven track record for leading projects.
• Excellent understanding of business math.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor/advise team members.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MicroStrategy Data Warehouse.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ability to effectively communicate with sales team and upper management.
• Knowledge of key terms in RFPs and legal agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Enterprise Operations Team and plan work for Analysts.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and ensure processes are followed across the department.
• Interact with peers and management; provide updates and recommendations.
• Hire, coach, train, and manage team performance and transitions.
• Educate team on relevant units to gather information and analyze financial components.
• Oversee high-quality, persuasive RFP responses and accurate financial justifications.
• Develop and analyze pricing and financial models; support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain a centralized content library and identify process improvements to raise win rates.
• Communicate consistent RFP processes and monitor performance metrics.
