Job summary
eMed LLC. is seeking a Senior RFP & Proposal Strategist to lead complex RFPs and procurements across our enterprise business in Miami, FL. The role emphasizes strategic writing, financial analysis, and cross-functional leadership to deliver compelling, compliant responses.
You will own end-to-end RFP responses, translate requirements into structured workstreams, and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize outcomes for self-funded health and pharmacy benefits.
Qualifications
- Approximately 6–15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Significant experience with self-funded employer health plans.
- Demonstrated understanding of both medical and pharmacy benefits.
- Experience in benefits brokerage/consulting/PBM or health plans.
- Experience completing or managing complex RFPs/RFIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end responses to complex RFPs, RFIs, and procurement processes.
- Translate requirements into workstreams, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain compliance with procurement requirements and submission instructions.
- Coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Prepare executives for finalist meetings and develop supporting materials.
- Establish governance, content libraries, and SME ownership for RFPs.
