Spring Health is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to own multi-million dollar accounts across HR and benefits leadership. You will generate and close high-value deals, craft ROI-based business cases, and navigate complex procurement processes with executive stakeholders.

This fully remote role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and the ability to operate with minimal handholding.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.
• Track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
• Ability to generate and manage own pipeline.
• Experience selling into HR or People leadership and brokers.
• Comfort with AI-assisted sales tools and data-driven storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Run full sales cycle into HR, Benefits, and People leaders at large enterprises.
• Self-generate pipeline through brokers, consultants, referrals, and dormant accounts.
• Engage target accounts before formal RFPs and build ROI-based business cases.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts, manage objections, and close deals.
• Develop relationships with brokers and consultants to drive SQOs.
• Represent Spring Health at events and travel as needed (~20%).
