Job summary

Henry Schein One is seeking a Software Implementations Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of enterprise practice management software for mid-size to large dental practices in the US. This remote role requires coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing multiple projects, and delivering on-time, high-quality results.

You will lead Current State and Future State assessments, communicate with executives, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue

Qualifications

• Typically 3–5 years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• Project management experience and/or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Project+, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including both inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Advanced level experience with project management.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills required.
• Strong understanding of industry practices.
• High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
• Good conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages.
• Excellent customer service and organization skills.
• Advanced professional experience with both client/server and cloud based (SaaS) applications and services.
• Advanced professional experience with regulatory compliance and requirements including HIPAA.
• Great communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — including the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights.
• Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and navigate challenging conversations when needed.
• Excellent ability to professionally understand and diffuse stressful situations.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, CRM, SaaS applications, and internet browsers.
• Excellent technical skills including (Network configurations, WANs, Citrix, Virtual Server, 3rd party ISPs, Windows SQL Server, hosted solutions, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and control projects from beginning to completion.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers during all phases of the implementation project to achieve defined success, including the recognition and handling of escalated customer issues.
• Set appropriate customer expectations.
• Ensure timely and effective customer service expectations are met and/or exceeded.
• Deliver quality deliverables according to project timelines to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast.
• Lead “Current State and Future state” consulting assessments around functionality and/or processes.
• Build partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externally.
• Communicate with C-Level management both internally and externally.
• Manage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects Resolve advanced customer escalations.
• Track all correspondence and completed tasks to provide accurate record of account/project history.
• Establish strong working relationships with other people and teams.
• Resolve complex issues in effective ways.
• Provide input into process improvement.
• May participate in special projects or other duties as assigned.
• Work towards and assisting in the achievement of individual, team, department, and company goals.
• Provide Engagement Managers and/or clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, etc.
