Job summary

Gong is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide Enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of the Gong platform. You will serve as the primary delivery expert, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across large accounts.

You will architect end-to-end solutions, perform hands-on configuration, and drive change management for sustained value realization, collaborating with Sales, CS, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting in a customer-facing Professional Services role.
• Experience managing large Enterprise SaaS implementations with executives.
• Deep knowledge of revenue operations and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide complex enterprise deployments and act as trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, process mapping, and future-state design for revenue workflows.
• Architect end-to-end solutions with documentation and configuration blueprints.
• Perform hands-on Gong configuration to meet design and business needs.
• Champion organizational change management and user adoption.
• Own QA, develop test plans, coordinate UAT, and manage post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with customer tech teams on data validation, integrations, and security.
