Job summary

Gong is hiring a Senior Consultant in Adoption Services to advance customer revenue workflows and AI-driven adoption. You will lead discovery, advise on governance, and translate forecasting and coaching practices into scalable Gong platform strategies.

Your work will span enterprise deliverables, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer outcomes and Gong adoption globally.

Qualifications

• : 6+ years in go-to-market or consulting with forecasting/pipeline/revenue ops.
• Great cross-functional communication across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
• Able to work in fast-moving ambiguous environments where methods and product capabilities evolve.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of core revenue workflows including forecasting, prospecting, pipeline management, coaching, and sales execution.
• Experience producing enterprise-grade deliverables (presentations, process docs, roadmaps).
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers across regions.
• Bonus: Experience with Gong, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business requirements, revenue process gaps, workflow opportunities, and adoption challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, bringing revenue domain expertise, operational best practices, and AI workflow knowledge to interactions.
• Translate forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and sales engagement practices into scalable platform strategies.
• Develop enterprise-grade deliverables including roadmaps, process maps, governance frameworks, and executive presentations.
• Partner with customers to define business outcomes, map to revenue workflows, and align Gong capabilities to maximize adoption and impact.
• Help customers operationalise AI-powered workflows across forecasting, coaching, prospecting, and revenue execution.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, Product, Support, and Customer Success to deliver aligned outcomes.
• Consult on change management, governance, and adoption strategies for long-term scalability.
• Manage engagements to scope and timeline, escalating risks as needed.
• Contribute to practice development by refining methodologies and playbooks for scalable growth.
