Job summary

Gong is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide Enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of the Gong platform. You will serve as the primary delivery expert, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across large accounts.

You will architect end-to-end solutions, perform hands-on configuration, and drive change management for sustained value realization, collaborating with Sales, CS, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting in a customer-facing Professional Services role.
• Experience managing large Enterprise SaaS implementations with executives.
• Deep knowledge of revenue operations and sales processes.

The Senior Consultant role is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for guiding our Enterprise-level customers through the successful deployment and adoption of the Gong platform. You will serve as the primary delivery expert and trusted advisor for our largest, most strategic accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable, mission-critical business outcomes.

Senior Consultants are deep product experts and seasoned professionals capable of handling the most complex technical configurations, architecting multi-system integrations, and driving large-scale organizational change. You will manage and/or support multiple projects concurrently, ensuring excellence in every phase of the customer journey from implementation to go-live.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Customer Delivery (75% Billable Utilization)

• Support complex, Enterprise-level implementations of the Gong platform, serving as the trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders, including executive sponsors.
• Conduct deep discovery and business process mapping to analyze current state revenue workflows, diagnose operational inefficiencies, and define optimal future-state processes.
• Design and architect the end-to-end solution, including persona-based workflow design, solution documentation, and system configuration blueprints.
• Execute the core functional workstream by performing hands-on configuration of the Gong platform to match the approved solution design and meet mission-critical business requirements.
• Drive and consult on organizational change management (OCM) initiatives within large customer organizations to ensure sustained user adoption and maximize value realization.
• Own the quality assurance process, including developing test plans, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and managing post-go-live hypercare to ensure a stable, successful transition.
• Work closely with customer technical teams to guide data validation, integration points, and security reviews necessary for system deployment.

Operational Excellence & Expertise (25% Internal Focus)

• Maintain expert knowledge of the entire Gong product suite, future product features, and common third-party application integrations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services' internal documentation, best practice guides, and delivery assets based on Enterprise implementation experience.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment on the customer's strategic goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of consulting experience in a customer-facing Professional Services role, with a strong track record of managing large-scale, complex Enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage and influence relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including director and executive-level contacts within Enterprise organizations.
• Expert knowledge of revenue operations and business processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline management, sales methodologies) within large, complex sales environments.
• Advanced capability in designing and implementing solutions within major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and other mission-critical business systems.
• Exceptional project governance skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing objectives across multiple, high-stakes customer engagements simultaneously.
• Strong technical acumen and comfort in guiding technical and security teams through deployment, integration, and security reviews.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and eloquent writing skills to convey complex information clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
