Job summary

Gong’s Adoption Services is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide customers in operationalising AI-powered revenue workflows across forecasting, coaching, and prospecting. You’ll lead discovery, define outcomes, and align Gong capabilities with client revenue processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic roadmaps, governance, and scalable enablement, ensuring Gong remains embedded in customer workflows while driving measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a go-to-market organisation or consulting
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, sales engagement, revenue operations or revenue transformation
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders
• Strong understanding of core revenue workflows (forecasting, prospecting, pipeline, coaching, sales execution)
• Experience producing enterprise-grade deliverables (presentations, process docs, roadmaps)
• Willingness to travel
• Bonus: Experience with Gong, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business requirements and adoption challenges
• Serve as trusted advisor with revenue domain expertise and AI workflow knowledge
• Translate forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and sales engagement into scalable platform strategies
• Develop enterprise-grade deliverables including roadmaps, process maps, governance frameworks, and executive presentations
• Partner with customers to map outcomes to revenue workflows and Gong capabilities
• Help customers operationalise AI-powered workflows across forecasting, coaching, prospecting, and revenue execution
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, Product, Support, and Customer Success
• Consult on change management, governance, and adoption strategies for long-term scale
• Manage engagements to scope and timeline, identify risks
• Contribute to practice development with improved methodologies and playbooks
