Job summary

Gong is seeking a Senior Consultant in Adoption Services to lead discovery, governance, and transformation work streams with customers. You will help embed Gong across revenue processes, forecast, coach, prospect, and execute while enabling AI-powered workflows within client organizations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, and scalable playbooks, driving measurable outcomes and sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in go-to-market org or consulting with forecasting, pipeline management, sales engagement, revenue operations, or revenue transformation.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving product capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong execution.
• Strong understanding of core revenue workflows including forecasting, prospecting, pipeline management, coaching, and sales execution.
• Experience producing enterprise-grade deliverables (presentations, process docs, roadmaps).
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to uncover business requirements, revenue process gaps, workflow opportunities, and adoption challenges.
• Serve as trusted advisor, bringing revenue domain expertise and AI workflow knowledge.
• Translate forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and sales engagement into scalable platform strategies.
• Develop polished deliverables including strategic roadmaps, process maps, governance frameworks, and executive presentations.
• Define business outcomes with customers and align Gong capabilities to maximize adoption and impact.
• Help customers operationalise AI-powered workflows across forecasting, coaching, prospecting, and revenue execution.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, Product, Support, and Customer Success.
• Consult on change management, governance, and adoption strategies for long-term scalability.
• Manage engagements to scope and timeline, escalating risks when needed.
• Refine methodologies and playbooks to support scalable growth.
