Job summary
Meltwater is seeking a Senior Client Success professional to drive key programs and manage an Enterprise Premium Support portfolio. You will cultivate strong client relationships, monitor consumption, and provide insights to the Customer Success Manager to address challenges and elevate the client experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- 4 years of SaaS experience with cross-departmental exposure.
- Experience with large-scale implementations in the Enterprise sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of programs to meet client’s strategic objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships and monitor consumption.
- Analyze themes and challenges; provide insights to the CSM and develop plans.
- Lead Premium Support activations and address feedback to boost satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into actionable projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work.
