Job summary

OpenText, the Information Company, is seeking a Client Director for the East region of the United States to lead Professional Services sales and client success across key accounts. You will drive bookings, revenue, and margin while coordinating with North America teams to deliver value.

You will own all aspects of Professional Services within your territory, including services sales, supporting license and cloud opportunities, and ensuring successful solution implementation.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma with 10+ years of IM/IT experience.
• At least 7 years of IT or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience selling Professional Services and managing large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Professional Services sales and revenue across East US accounts.
• Support license and cloud opportunities and ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and strengthen executive relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive RFPs, forecasting, and bookings.
