Job summary

Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library for large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government.

You will serve as trusted advisor, build executive relationships, drive account planning, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in program management or enterprise account roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and ROI assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
