Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic and customer-focused Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets, building executive relationships, guiding account planning, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.
• Financial acumen with experience building business cases and ROI analyses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and customer adoption metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Analyze usage patterns and feedback to improve adoption and engagement.
• Support renewal planning and long-term account strategy.
• Conduct account reviews, develop business cases, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Act as central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.
