Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment seeks a strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts, guiding implementation, adoption, and growth across education, healthcare, and government markets.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, Operations, Marketing and Clinical teams to drive retention, expansion, and long-term success, while building executive relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proven ability to drive ROI and articulate business value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and key decision-makers.
• Lead account planning to support customer success, retention, and growth.
