Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets ensuring they realize maximum value from their investment while driving account retention, expansion, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in program management, customer success, or enterprise account roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate opportunities into investments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers.
• Lead account planning to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and adoption metrics.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
