Pearson is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will align with executives across education, healthcare, and government to maximize value and drive long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen, with experience building compelling business cases, assessing ROI, and translating strategic opportunities into actionable investment decisions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities designed to support customer success, retention, and financial growth.
