Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

You will be a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets, driving adoption, renewal, and growth while coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Training, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen with ROI and business case skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
