Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Assistant General Counsel to lead the Enterprise Privacy Compliance function.

You will set strategy, manage day-to-day operations of a global privacy program, and oversee data subject requests, risk assessments, and regulatory monitoring. You will lead a small team and partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal to ensure compliant data practices; this role reports to the Deputy General Counsel for Enterprise Privacy and requires a JD and US Bar

Qualifications

• 10+ years of privacy compliance experience in-house or in private practice.
• Experience leading a team and coaching attorneys and program managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of two attorneys and two privacy program managers.
• Own the privacy compliance program strategy and operations across US and international.
• Oversee privacy diligence for M&A and strategic transactions.
• Manage third-party privacy risk assessments with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on data flows and tech decisions.
• Drive privacy tooling improvements and automation.
• Represent the function to senior leadership and regulators.
