• Ability to translate complex regs into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of two attorneys and two privacy program managers.
• Own strategy and execution of privacy compliance across US and international.
• Lead privacy diligence for M&A and integration of acquired data assets.
• Own third-party and vendor privacy risk assessment processes.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Security, and Procurement.
• Translate regulatory changes into scalable playbooks and training.
• Partner with engineering and product on data flows and compliance.
• Drive automation of privacy tooling and workflows.
• Represent the function to senior leadership and regulators.
