Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Assistant General Counsel to lead the Enterprise Privacy Compliance function.

You will set strategy, manage the global program, and lead a small team across the US and internationally to ensure data subject rights fulfillment and privacy risk management. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel for Enterprise Privacy, you will guide investigations, regulatory monitoring, and the implementation of scalable privacy frameworks and training across Product,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in privacy compliance at scale.
• Experience leading and developing a team of attorneys and non-attorney staff.
• Experience in privacy diligence for M&A or strategic transactions.
• Strong knowledge of US state and federal privacy laws and GDPR.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of two attorneys and two privacy program managers.
• Own strategy and execution of privacy compliance program across US and internationally.
• Oversee DSR fulfillment, privacy impact assessments, and worker privacy.
• Lead privacy diligence in M&A and integration post-close.
• Manage third-party privacy risk assessments and vendor privacy programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Procurement on privacy controls.
• Translate regulatory changes into scalable playbooks and training.
• Represent function to senior leadership and regulators.
