Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business/technology or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in sales engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years in payments/fintech.
• Strong API & SaaS platform knowledge.
• Experience with E-comm/checkout systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across merchant integrations and platform adoption.
• Architect end-to-end solutions addressing merchant challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and product teams to drive outcomes.
• Develop pre-sales materials and live demos for prospects.
