Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise Payments to join a leading Finance & Insurance player. This role focuses on driving payments revenue by engaging senior decision-makers and guiding complex opportunities from first contact to close.

You will work with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, maintain an active pipeline through networking and market engagement, and share thought leadership on payment trends.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of payments/fintech sales experience.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong relationships with C-suite executives in payments.
• Expertise in strategic account planning and pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase payments revenue.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships within the payments ecosystem.
• Identify client challenges and align solutions for measurable outcomes.
