Job summary

Pleo is seeking an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to own a portfolio of large, complex enterprise customers across Europe & the UK. You’ll lead onboarding, configure solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, successful transition from start to finish.

You will build executive relationships, manage timelines, and drive adoption while aligning with finance, procurement, and operations stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years directing onboarding for enterprise or mid‑market customers.
5+ years experience in Customer Success, account management or consulting.
Experience in SaaS/fintech or B2B tech environments.
Strong executive communication and cross‑functional leadership.
Ability to manage multiple complex onboarding projects end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and align on priorities.
Define project timelines, scope, resources, and integration requirements.
Configure Pleo for users, including activation, limits, cards, and compliance.
Integrate Pleo with the customer’s accounting system and test exports.
Provide consulting, best practices, training, and drive user adoption.
Coordinate handovers to Customer Success and ensure customer satisfaction.
Track activity for revenue recognition and resource allocation.
Share feedback to product and marketing based on onboarding learnings.
