Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead high-touch onboarding for enterprise restaurant groups. You will work with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers to design tailored onboarding plans and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

You will mentor junior team members, drive adoption through advanced discovery, and deliver expert trainings (virtual or onsite) to diverse user groups, from executives to frontline staff, balancing quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SaaS onboarding or implementation experience.
• Experience managing complex, high-touch implementations with project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for client-facing trainings and stakeholder guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations from discovery to adoption, on time and within budget.
• Conduct advanced discovery to understand multi-location workflows and configure solutions.
• Deliver expert-level training (virtual or onsite) for executives to frontline staff.
• Advise on complex use cases, integrations and best practices to maximize platform value.
• Mentor and coach junior Implementation Specialists and contribute to internal training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support to resolve issues and ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify process gaps and pilot enhancements to implementation playbooks.
• Proactively manage risk and surface adoption blockers with mitigation strategies.
